| Responsibilities: |
As the Compliance Specialist at Emeritus, you'll participate in the full recruitment/interview process, as well as orientations and trainings. You’ll monitor departments for regulatory compliance, evaluate performance, and offer coaching with recommendations. You’ll also maintain proficient knowledge of DPW Regulations, conduct continuous audits and participate in QA/Comprehensive Process Review process. You’ll provide training, education and support at the Regional and Community level.

| Qualifications: |
Position requirements include: - Must have 2 years of management experience in the Assisted Living field.
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN in standing with the Licensing Authority.
- Must show proven record of success as a Nursing Director in a Pennsylvania Personal Care Home.
- Must have a compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks.
